What can I purchase with an Axtra Gift Card?
Axtra gift cards are valid for all experiences offered at our Zurich venue. This includes our standard Axe Throwing sessions (Whistle Punk, Timberwolf, and Lumberjack) as well as our Chop Shop Axe Making classes. The card balance acts as credit and can be applied toward the total cost of any booking.
How do the "1 Player" or "2 Player" options work?
We offer pre-set gift cards that cover the exact cost for one or two participants to make gifting simpler. However, these are not restricted to those numbers; the recipient simply receives the monetary value of those spots as credit. If the price of a session changes or they wish to add more players, they can simply pay the difference at checkout.
Is there a custom amount option and a minimum balance?
Yes, you can choose a Custom Amount for your gift card. To ensure the recipient can cover at least one full throwing session, we have set a minimum limit of 59 CHF for all custom digital gift cards.
Do gift cards expire?
While your credit is legally valid for 10 years, we recommend booking within 24 months to lock in current experience types and pricing.
How will I receive the gift card?
Axtra operates a virtual-only gift card system. We do not issue or mail physical plastic cards. Upon completing your purchase, a high-resolution digital gift card containing a unique voucher code will be sent immediately to the email address provided. You can then print this out or forward it directly to the recipient.
